Juggling 4 balls

Going to focus on the juggling goal this week. hope to complete it on the 1st of January. The pass standard for this is to juggle the 4 balls without a drop for 1 minute or more. I could already juggle 3 balls at once coming into this, but 4 balls requires a total different technique as the balls never change hands. Basically this means you are juggling 2 balls in each hand. I am already fairly strong with my right hand, but my left sucks.

My strategy for this is to practice in as many short bursts throughout the day as possible. I will practice with either hand seperately first until they are of a good standard and then start to bring them together slowly.

I am also going to visualise juggling with 4 balls for 30 minutes a day, 15 in the morning and 15 at night. I will again break the visualisation down to each hand then both together.

Will try and post a video of the successful attempt at the weekend

Completed this goal yesterday, think it had more to do with the lack of skill of my opposition than then skill i have. Not to worry though, another goal down.

Ok, i have completed 3 of my goals. Well it is a start. Need to buckle down now in all areas of my life and start hitting my goals and fulfilling my dreams. Going to change some of the goals on my list as they are a bit vague or hard to keep track off.

Xtracycled into work.

Cycled in to work today on the Xtracycle. The wind was just strong enough to be a complete pain in the ass and legs. covered the 22 miles in about 1hr 45mins. Not looking forward to the return journey tonight, the wind will be behind me though so that is a bonus. Just finished reading Diamonds are forever by Ian Flemming. A great James Bond adventure. I had bought the whole set about a year ago and haven't had a chance to read them. Going to start on From Russia with Love tonight as it is also on my book list.

Watched 'La Dolce Vita', did not enjoy this film at all. 'The Third Man' was quite enjoyable especially the chase scene in the sewers of Vienna at the end. 'Belle de Jour' was very strange, kind of half watched it while doing other stuff.

Have been drinking a fair view beers.

I am really keen to cross something of the list, so i am going to have to think which goal i could do quickly.

I still procrastinate too much. (damn you Facebook)

I have almost finished creating my system for work. I have mind mapped out the how everything is to be done, and in the process of organising folders etc. Will put the system into action on Monday.
