Juggling 4 balls

Going to focus on the juggling goal this week. hope to complete it on the 1st of January. The pass standard for this is to juggle the 4 balls without a drop for 1 minute or more. I could already juggle 3 balls at once coming into this, but 4 balls requires a total different technique as the balls never change hands. Basically this means you are juggling 2 balls in each hand. I am already fairly strong with my right hand, but my left sucks.

My strategy for this is to practice in as many short bursts throughout the day as possible. I will practice with either hand seperately first until they are of a good standard and then start to bring them together slowly.

I am also going to visualise juggling with 4 balls for 30 minutes a day, 15 in the morning and 15 at night. I will again break the visualisation down to each hand then both together.
